i have been cheated for rupees 25000/- i have purchased a sofa in SOFA WORLD AT MADHAPUR on that time also they have aboard called imported sofas 50-70% off i am visited and i ahve selected a sofa and he said that the original price is 70000/-
rupees and after discount we r giving for 24000/- and they said that we r using high density foam on the sofa which i have been purchased and the warranty will be two years they wrote the same on the bill also after purchasing of 4 months the sofa seating side foam was complete damaged and i complained several times they send the person to check the same
the person came and checked and he reported that the seating side foam was completely failed that has to replace and he left
after two months when i shouted the manager of sofa world he has send the person to clear the problem the person came to my house and he pushed the sponge in the place of damaged foam when i came to house they r fitting the sofa and said that sir your complained has bean solved he said. when i shouted him and ask to open the sofa that i want to check he opens that there was not yet changed the foam and pushed the sponge, when call the manager this kind of work has been done at home, he said we r not a manufacturers and we have lot sofa makers on that model that i have to check.from last eight months i am getting the problem
