NOT RECEVING MY LAPTOP ON TIME

DEAR SIR/MADAM,

I BOUGHT LAPTOP ON 31ST JANUARY 2012 FORM SHAKARPUR’S SHOROOM DELHI.
ON 20TH JULY 2012 I GOT DISPLAY PROBLEM IN THE LAPTOP AND I ASK FOR HELP TO HCL CUSTOMER CARE AND A REPRESENTATIVE (MR. RISHI ENG.) CAME TO ME ON 25TH JULY 2012, I HAVE RECEIVING SLIP GIVEN BY HIM AND HE TOOK MY LAPTOP WITH HIM STATING THAT THE LAPTOP WILL BE HANDED OVER WITHIN 1 WEEK.

UNFORTUNATELY TILL DATE I HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY LAPTOP BACK. IN THE MEAN TIME I HAVE COMPLAINED MORE THAN 7 TIME TO HCL CARE EVEN I REMEMBER ONE CUSTOMER CARE PERSON’S NAME IS MR. PRAJESH AND HIS HEAD SME IS MR. AMIT.
WHENEVER I CALL THEY ASSURE ME THAT MY LAPTOP WILL BE HANDED OVER TO YOU TODAY OR TOMORROW. I NEED MY LAPTOP VERY URGENT.

WHEN I CALL TO MR. RISHI, ENGINEER WHO TOOK MY LAPTOP HE SAYS PLEASE CALL TO THE SERVICE CENTRE AND SERVICE CENTRE SAYS TO TAKE THE LAPTOP BY YOURSELF FORM THE SERVICE CENTRE. MR. RISHI ARGUED AND SAID HE DON’T HAVE TIME TO HAND OVER THE LAPTOP, WHICH I THINK THAT’S HIS DUTY TO HANDOVER THE LAPTOP.

AND I SAID SERVICE CENTRE (CUSTOMER CARE) IF YOU WILL NOT GIVE MY LAPTOP WITH 18TH AUGUST 2012, AFTER THAT DATE I WILL COMPLAINED IN CONSUMER FORUM ABOUT YOUR CARELESS DUTY THAN THEY SAID ME I WILL NOT CARE ABOUT IT. IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAINT IN CONSUMER FORUM YOU CAN.
AS I AM EMPLOYEE IN PRIVATE COMPANY AND WITHOUT LAPTOP MY WORK STOP.

I THEREFORE REQUEST YOU THAT PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE .
