Dear Sir/Mam,
I am Prof.Prakash k naik from Bangalore applied to Bharathiar University for Part time Ph.D program and i have not received any call letter for entrance exam which was held on 23.07.2012.
So, I got cheated by the university and I want to register the complain against the University in the consumer court
