NOT RECEIVED THE RECHARGE AMOUNT ACCORDING TO RECHARGE VOUCHER

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I had recharge a Rs.30 voucher.
in the card the talk-time i will get is written 24.70.
but i get only 23.70.

but when i talked with customer care representative give any good response.
