Not received the product after payment

Dear Team,

I have taken one Leather Belt from E-bay (Wrangler) which i have received immediately on the next 2 working days. When i have recieved the Belt that time there was a card inside the product is Tandodeal.com i thought that they are shipping very fast so what i did i searched the tangodeal.com for wrist watches to give my husband as a gift and i purchased a watch OLVIN (810/-) and payment done through my ICICI account and it was credited to the concerned party account on 10th of July,2012. Immediately next day i have received a call from Mr. Sushil (918860636484) regarding the shipment of watch but till now he has not shipped the watch and he is not lifting the call or giving the reply to my mail ([email protected] and info.tangodeal.com) request you to kindly accept the complaint because i purcahsed for Rs.810 if i would have purchased the watch for Rs.15,000 or more which are available in the site what would be my situation or may be they are cheating the customers in the same way

  1. MAM, YOU HAVE ALLREADY RECIVED THE REFUND FROM TANGODEAL. BECAUSE YOUR PACKET IS LOST IN COURIER
