Not received refund from Red Bus

Name of company/service: RED Bus Service

Myself booked one ticket on 22nd May 2013 with Red Bus for bus service from Kolkata to Siliguri vide their ticket number TF6K63898594 by paying ticket cost of INR 800. On 24th May I cancelled my ticket through on line and adviced my bank account details through email for refund amount. But till date I have not received any refund from their end neither received any reply from Red Bus.
