My name is bhartendu gautam and i have purchased my bike discover125st from panvel (M/S GURU GOBIND AUTOMOBILES) on 4th june 2013 by hard cash. As i am living in rented house and i hav no registered aggrement but i hav submitted the nirmal aggrement paper and noc ,but they told that you hav to pay adjustment money (1800 rs) and i hav also paid that.but even after that they donot call me for RTO check,after several visit of mine to showroom they sent me to KARNALA STADIUM panvel for bike check and there MR SANJAY (Agent of bajaj) demanding more money for adjustment of passing. One more thing that the dealer demanded my bonafide certificate of my company and gas paper of new address as i hav no registered aggrement ,they told me that without this doc passing not possible and i hav submited all the documents nearly after 15days of bike delivery. And when i go for bike check to karnala stadium the agent MR sanjay told me that bonafide certificate is useless they require all the attested copy whatever i submitted before (salesperson didnt tell me about the attested copy at the time of purchase).then i hav submitted the attested copies of all the documents. Even after submitting all the docs i hav nit received my passibg and bike number. I am regularly contacting showroom manager MR PRAFFUL but they are not giving me positive response.What i will do?pls suggest.
