In February 19, 2012 we purchased LED TV of Videocon from Vijay Sales. Along with Product we received 1 gift voucher of Rs.2500/- from E-mart. During redemption we paid 2690/- more (ie 2500+ 2690/- = 5690/-) and ordered a grinder product through Emart online trading because there is no product listed below this Gift Voucher.So we booked an order with order no EMT1149360. But till now we didn’t received our product. When we call to customer service they replied that you will get your product by next week and giving new contact numbers to contact on this number. Now it almost 4 months passed. we didn’t get our product nor any refund from the CO. Customer service also replied that refunding money is not their Companies policy you only keep patience,we already spoken to Videocon company and your product is listed.You will get it next week. Already 4 months were passed & now we cannot tolerate any more. I request you to take action against this Fraud companies in such a way that in future they will not do this kind of cheatings with customers. The number of Emart is 01243041000, +911246766500.
