Not received my product even after paid full in advance

I purchased a product online from www.Playgroundonline.Com ecommerce site on 3rdA ug,2012
order no. 179080
order amount rs. 1,169.00 order which I paid at the time of order by NEFT transfer.
date 03 aug 2012 1:24:00
I paid the full amount online and they have confirmed the receipt ofthe payment .Till nowthey have not yet deliverd the product. I register the incident in their online customer service portal.In reply to that they have told that the product has been deliverd on 10th august,2012.This is completely false and when I informed them that I have not received any delivery ,they kept themself mum on it.No body is now replying now and nor they are taking my phone call.
