not received the genuine product

I have purchase a lady bag (parse ) 6th of June 2016 I am paying by a credit card and i received the product after 15 days my order number is 100000716. when i open your Parcel then i Got a rude shock when i opened the package. Inside of , I am Not received the original Bag i received a copy of this product and he is not refund my money
