Not ready to exchange

Hi,
I bought a jewellary piece from an online store that runs a page on Facebook. I was not happy with the pieces and wanted to exchange the piece with another within 10 days. The store is now refusing to exchange.
Please note that this store doesnt have any terms and conditions, asks the customers to pay money to an account and then send the products. When I told them that i will approach consumer court they said that I cant even prove that I have purchased the product from them as the account is not in the name of Dhaanya.
More than my money their attitude aghasted me. Please help me get my money back.
