Not providing Warranty services in spite of availability of warranty

Dear Sir,
I was purchase Nokia GSM Mobile Phone C1-00 from Home shop18 in 16-Aug-2012. As per commitment 1 years manufacturing warranty but last week I have observed my phone is not working properly. When I come Nokica service center (Gurgaon Sec-14 (Haryana) he was denide to done the servicese & say’s This is not under warrenty. I was just call to Home shop18 custmer service to resolve the issus but after many conversation no one is supporting me. Even not any senior person talk to me for the same, I have a very bad experience with Home shop 18.
