Not providing the Service by Tata Photon.

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: Tata Docomo Photon

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have taken the Tata Photon Internet data card on July 15th in Bangalore. And I have submitted the Voter ID and Pass port as ID proof on the spot.
But the company is not proviting the service, and the reason is ID proofs are not clear. I have provided whatever I have with me. Still they are not accepting. It is almost one month over, but still not providing the service. Also without providing the service they counting the validiy of the service.

Finally I have asked them to refund my money back , and they are telling it is impossible to refund money.

Then what is use of having the device with out service.

I would request you to please take it forward and take the action.
