I Jagdev Singh 27 years old Belongs to Sangrur district in PUNJAB. I had applied for a bank job and i need a rural area certificate as i belongs to a Village. I had submitted all the required documents AT 10:00 a.m on 27th june 2012. He asked me to pick the certificate at around 2 o”clock on the same day. But even after 3 days i havn’t got the certificate.He is not answering my phone. And then today he asked me to do everrhing He Warned me that he will not issue me the certificate in any CASE.

He holds the position of Patwari in the Sub-tehsil, AHMEDGARH, He is often seen missing from his office during the working days.He is creating a lot of problems to the public. So please help us so that we can overcome these problems.
As the citizens of INDIA ,we need some strict actions to be taken against him by our INDIAN GOVT.
