Not providing the finalised Deal after payment of token money.

I had a conversation with the company representative regarding a Honeymoon Package and he finalised the deal with me in 17500/- including GST. He WhatsApp me all the details of the itinerary with the hotel room photographs and asked me to transfer rs 1000/- as a token money. But after making the payment I talked to him twice but he told me its closing time and get back to me soon. The day after I received a call from them and they told me that now I have to pay more. I refused to accept the deal if they will hike the price for the above-discussed package and asked them to refund the token amount. After that, I tried to talk to them several times but didn’t get any response from their side.
