Sir,
I have paid Rs 12 to retailer of Idea cellular for reducing my std call rates from 1.2p/sec. to Rs1 per 3min on 9th july night 8 pm (aprox) and i got an msg in this regards but this service is not activated and I was charged by higher rate of 1.2p/sec.
When I call to idea Customer care he told me “this facility is not available on my Number And suggest me to confirm customer care before any recharge on your Number.”
I asked him how can i reduce my std call rate. He reply me that I can got 50 std minutes on Rs 21 recharge.
I paid Rs 21 for it at 10pm on same night .but again this Facility not activated for me.
Now No customer care representative solve my problem and cut my phone without any response.
Both the Amounts paid by me still added to my main Balance.
I know its a minor Amount But I faced major lose because i was not able to make some important calls due to these inconvinences.
