Not providing service as mentioned

Location/place: Delhi

Name of company/service: Hyundai

Ask Raunaq motors(Autherised service centre of HYUNDAI) when i came to there work shop they regret to do my job because i have purchased the coupon that was advertised by Raunaq motors and the job will be done on behalf of that coupon.I have already visited 4 times before 25.09.2012 but always they gave me the same answer.Also,when i talked to the MD of Raunaq motors about poor service HE SUGGESTED ME TO CONTACT TO THE ADVERTISING COMPANY.ALTHOUGH RAUNAQ MOTORS ADVERTISED THAT COUPON BY THAT ADVERTISING COMPANY.

Also,i receive a call on 18th of October at 4:04 pm from Raunaq Motors (M.D),he told me what Hyundai had done,they closed my complaint means Hyundai taken no action against my complaint and Hyundai has closed my complaint without any action.Is this the way that a Hyundai customer will face.
TELL ME WHO IS RESPONSIBLE THE ADVERTISING COMPANY OR RAUNQ MOTORS OR HYUNDAI.

Is hyundai have no restrictions on that of Service centers ?

Also i have mailed to “[email protected]”(Hyundai customer care mail address) about 16 times but they didn’t contacted me.Still i am waiting for my problem solution.
