I bought my mobile Micromax canvas knight A350 last year in january.Its touch screen stopped working after 2 months.I sent it for repairing and after 1 month my mobile was replaced with micromax canvas gold a300 as my mobile cannot be repaired.I refused to take this mobile as i wanted the same mobile type which i had submitted.Then after 6 months i received a new mobile from the company(micromax canvas knight a350).They told that they will extend the warranty as i didn’t got my mobile for 6 months.Now again this year its touchscreen stopped working.I took it to the service centre.They told that my mobile is out of warranty.I told them the case and they said that first my warranty will be extended and then mymobile will be sent for repair.I submitted my mobile on 7th march 2016 but till now my warranty is not approved.My jobsheet no. is: N040694-0316-22484795.
