I have purchased a LG 32” LCD LK311 on 01.05.2012 from Anandamela stores, Siliguri West Bengal with a warranty of one year and them I have done AMC of 1 year. My TV was not functioning from 20.08.2012, I have registered a complaint on that date (complaint no. RNA-120820031301). The Engineer visited on 20.08.2012 and checked the TV and concluded that a panel was not functioning so he said that TV will be repaired after a week after getting the parts from Service centre. Since then, whenever I calls them they are saying that parts are in transit and we will get it within a week. Today is 26.09.2012 and still they are saying that parts are in transit and it will reach within a week and within a week your TV will be repaired within a week. Still my TV is not working
