I have placed an order for a cake and bouquet at http://www.indiaflowergiftshop.com/ on 17th july 2013. while filling the form I mentioned delivery date 18th july 2013. Its not shipped till now, while they have deducted the amount from the account. When I called customer care, they told me to drop a refund request by replying the order-detail-mail, you will get the refund. Now it has been 11 days but they are not taking my calls at customer care number, and by chance if they happen to pick my call. They are saying bad words.
I have all the proof and valid data like, transaction ID, their order tracking number, mail chain record.
Please process my request as soon as possible, so that they cant cheat on innocent people by playing with their emotions and money
