Not providing proper bill for the payment of mobile usage

Respected Sir/Madam,

I Mr.Shailesh Rajendra Palkar, need to complain against Airtel Communication center with business center at Bharti Airtel Limited, 7th Floor, Bldg no. 7, interface link road, Malad – w MUMBAI 400 064, as i use to carry my airtel cell phone no.7738379423 till May 2012, for which i had thousand times asked for the bill which i never received from the company’s end & thereafter the number was switched down by them for non payment, I actually do not understand that if i have not received any bill how could they switch down my number & thereafter on my other contact number they are asking me for the payment, still when asked for the duplicate copy of the bill i need to pay they are not ready to provide me with the same & know they have sent me a letter through their Advocate Mr. Pratap V. Pardeshi mentioning the legal notice under section 403, 405, 406, read with section 420 of the IPC, but i do not understand that where i have failed, they are actually creating a mental pressure on me & not providing me with the proper document of the bill which can justify the amount of Rs. 4588.28 which they mention as to be payable by me.

Please help me with the concern & take an appropriate action for the same & if any mistake from my end please clarify so i could be able to handle this matter further.
