Not providing me BSNL Broadband Connection though 2 months have passed

Location/place: Andrews Place/ A-Zone/ Durgapur

Name of company/service: BSNL

I had applied for BSNL Broad band Connection BB Combo Home 900 plan two months back and requested to consider my existing land line No. 0343-2600832 for providing facilities as per the plan.

But I am very sorry to state that it has not yet been provided though two months have passed. Can any body tell me how and where to book complain / describe my plight on line, so that some authority acts on my request and provides me broadband connection.
