not providing gurantee benefit

Name of company/service: panasonic

i had purchased 19” colour lcd tv of panasonic on 5.3.13 but it became defective in first wefk of may.i lodge complain about it to c.care, but they asked money for the repaire.i produced invoice and all relevant papers but they cant accept it.they dismantle my tv parts and take away. When i call them they asked me not to call the service centre.c.care of panasonic not taking the responsibility.
