Dear sir/Ma’am,
This is with reference to the order i’ve booked on 2013-02-16 22:25:08 for Micromax Canvas HD phone.
Since, I’ve got this device I’m facing numerous problems regarding its operation.
I’ve decided to take it to the service center but for that i needed BILL of my purchase which i’ve misplaced.
So, I wrote to the snapdeal for providing me the duplicate copy of the bil. Snapdeal replied on June 27 (9.37 am IST) and asked me to give IMEI no. which i did on June 28.
Since then they’ve closed this query and are asking me for feedback on the query resolved. They’ve stopped replying to my mails and are not providing me the duplicate copy of bill.
This is not a good after sale service they are providing and they are mentally harassing me by doing this.
Please do the needful in this regard
