not providing bills

hi sir/medam,
i would like to acknowledge you a fraudulent carried out in our region, vapi, district valsad, gujarat, india. here one of the company named as padam plastic industries, c-1-35, silvasa road, gidc vapi, 396195, is selling the rain coats as a retailer also, but they are not providing bills for the transaction, when i demand for bill for the product purchased, they imposed extra tax charges to me.
so please take some action so govt. will get the taxes.
