Not providing all the contents

Extramarks is not providing all the content ,after asking to provide me all the contents and with 2 more subjects they says we’ll provide you plz give us some time to give, but they are not at all listening and indirectly ignores the request, I have been asking for more than six months to provide all the contents ,but they are not listening and the councillors are not helping to get the full contents and totally ignores and doesn’t receives his call when I am calling him and when they came for counselling they promised to provide all the things but they are not!!!.
