Not Provide Proper Servicce of Laptop

Hi,I buy a Sony Vaio Laptop on 17 June 2012.When i worked on Laptop(24 June 2012) then it’s given “Blue Dump Error” after that i called to Call Center of Sony Vaio Laptop then they told me format your laptop & due to some Operating system problem and registry problem, you have this type “blue dump error” with in five days now i am telling to company, this laptop given error within five days so plz replace with the new laptop but company is ignoring my request so plz i request you plz do the needful and help me.
