Name of company/service: tikona wifi
since last 2days my internet speed is very slow and when i’m calling customer care no. its waiting for 1 hour.this problem happened so many times but its not resolved permanently,sometimes they say signal problem and sometimes tower problem.why they give this reason everytime even when i have 4mbps connection??and everytime they want bill for every month within time.please help me in resolving the issue.
