Dear Sir/Madam,
Im Using Beam telecom internet connection from past 9 months. im paying internet every month time to time. this month i mean June 6th 2012 onwards my net connection is not working. i was complained same day evening by 5.30pm. i got compliant number on my mobile. next day i got message your problem has solved, but problem is not solved. and next i was complained june7th 2012. next day June 8th2012 i got message sorry for delaying your problem will be solved soon. June 6th 2012 to till today June 12th2012 i am every day contacting customer care everyday they are saying your problem will solve with in 24 hours. till this second they are not solved my problem. i lost my peace , pls help me.
