Not picking up delivered defective product

Order no- 85130960, return request – 2654268. I bought a stand fan under this order and upon receiving a broken product when I raised return request, shop clues (SC) did not arrange pick up request. They advised me to send the product back to Delhi office arranging courier myself stating max courier cost cost re-reimbursable as Rs. 300. I took courier estimation of the product from Dtdc and it will cost Rs 1100. Why shall I pay from my pocket RS 800 where Shopclues is responsible for this? Even after repeated request to Shopclues to arrange pick up by them, they did not do anything. Now even they stopped replying to my queries. Hence I am raising complaint in consumer forum hoping some positive resolution. I want ShopClues to take back the product with their courier arrangement and refund the full amount. Thanks in advance.
