I had given order on phone to Tata Sky to up grade my one of the cable boxes at my home to HD TV.They charged me Rs.2900.00.After taking action Tata Sky persons told me that HD chanels will come two to three hours. But the HD chanels never came after 72 hours. Then I called again and cancelled my HD services. Now I am asking them to take back your HD box and return my money,they are not responding to my request.
Pl. do the best and I want my money back because they failed to give me the services for which I paid.
