My name is Arun Sharma residing at 132 S.N. Banerjee road, monirampur- barrack pore (N)24parganas kolkata-700120, and my contact no.9831888373 and I was being terminated by My Company’s director only because I asked him why company is not paying our salary on time when the company has announced us on 26th July that they will pay our June & July-2012 salary on October 2012 after two months because their process was being got live after two months. I got my termination notice through an email on 27th July 2012 without any valid reason. After my termination when I asked when company is going to pay my due two months salary (June & July-2012) through an email because they were not receiving my phone calls, they replied my mail on 03rd August that they will pay my salary and my all relieving formalities after 45 days. For any terminated employee a company should clear all his dues at the time of his termination instantly because I was not resigned from my job so there was nothing to wait for any notice period for both the parties. Here my question is why the company is taking 45 days of long time to pay the salary of a terminated employee whereas I have not asked about any compensation that company has not gave me prior time to think and without any proper reason I was being terminated.
