not making payouts

sir, this is a network marketing company and he has a t shirt manufacturing factory also, a few months back he opened a sit called udhra.com,and assured a growth plan, now they are not making any payout and in site also they are not showing any earning.
i heard he had made like this several times with different websites beaware of this company
