not listening to grievances

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: new delhi&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: reliance gsm/telecom</p>i am telling the reliance gsm to deactivate gprs rs.51 pack.they say that they have deactivaed but have not sent any msg confirming it.they deduct the balance and don’t refund.
