Not installing the Dish connection

Customer ID: 3004336698
I did registration for Airtel-DTH installation on 11th June 2010, but till today 16th June 2010, no engineer from Airtel came to my house for installation. Airtel Customer Care always gives excuses like due to some reason the engineer could not reach. This is clear cheating by Airtel-DTH Company.
Please look into it.
