We bought a product from Titan Eye plus with the Order ID: TEP-543A0EF1 which was delivered to us in a damaged state. Now, when we call the customer care to return the product, they are saying that we can only get an exchange and that we are not eligible for a refund. Please let me know what can be done regarding this as on the box also they have mentioned in clear letters as “7 days easy return policy”.
If companies like Titan start cheating the customers with these tactics then there is no way a customer can trust the Indian brands anymore.
