Please be informed that I have had an Annual Mantainence contract with VEE DEE AIRCONDITIONING vide Contract No.AMC/VDA/2011-2012-049 dated 06.06.2011. On the 4th of June 2012 , I had lodged a complaint with them that my Air conditioner which is under AMC is not working , so kindly check. The engineer came and saw the machine and said that it will be corrected within two days. However today is the 18th of June 2012 and the machine has not been repaired and nor has there been any positive reply from the Service Center. i requested them to give me a spare A/c in the meantime but they refused to do so. Request you to kindly ensure that they are punished for their in efficiency
