This is regarding shiptment no. 3035667655 which was from jaipur to Mumbai from Overnite Express Limited. It was couriered on 2jul and today even after 8 days I havent received the courier. It had some of the medicines which are needed to me on priority. This is a total nuisance not to have delivered a courier within two cities in 8 days. When we tried reaching on the telephone nos provided on the Internet they were not sure as where the courier was and when will it reach me. And they also didnt care to get back to me again although the customer care people promised to do so.
I hope my complaint will duly be taken care of.
