i have ordered a intex wireless roaming headphone, Order No : 4579473, worth Rs 696/- a month ago but till this date i do not got the product, infact the damm customer care did not response there is also deduction of balance from call charges but they don’t pick up the call, i have tried almost 15 times but no response.
such company should be fired, they are fraud, they take online cash payment but do not deliver the product.I mail them too but they did’nt answer. please help me in getting my ordered product or refund of my money.
