This is rajib here. I purchased a 20” LED Monitor 11 months back from Kolkata(from Eastern Logica Infoway Pvt. Limited).
Now I am getting some problem in it for last five months. I raised complaint for the same calling samsung customer care five months back. After taht I have followed up with Samsung Customer care 6-7 times for the same. But till now I have not got any service from Samsung though I have a valid purchase bill and 3 yrs warranty. Only I received a call from Samsumg service centre. They told that your product was not manufactured in India. That is why we will not provide service. Thus they are refusing to provide service showing this kind of invalid resons. My complain no is.8425978406. Please find attached purchase bill. Please look into my problem and give a solution for it ASAP.
