I booked an e-ticket of PUNE INDORE EXP from Pune to ujjain on 07-06-2013 with following details:
PNR No.: 8313892297
Passenger’s Name: Abhishek Gulati
Class: 2A
Quota: General
Amount Paid: Rs 1467.47
Transaction ID: 0699873775
Travelling Date: 29/6/2013
Train No: 19311
I booked this e-ticket via Axis Bank Debit card (MasterCard).
Then,
I cancelled this ticket on 21-6-2013
Amount supposed to be refunded is Rs 1410.0
Cancellation details are:
Cancelled Date: 21-JUN-2013
Refund Amount: Rs 1410.0
Refund Status: Refunded
Receipt Number: 2009832718
Refund Date: 23-JUN-2013
But, till now, amount is not get refunded to my account.
Please do something. Please be hurry. Amount is big. It causes big lose to me.
It may be fault, but world will blame the Indian railway & govt.
