Sir i have brought Apple iPod touch 4th Generation (32GB)… from Ebay

i have got the broken product and also there was no charger and headphone in the box..
I complain it to ebay they said reship the product back to seller we will refund back the money…
Ebay approved my refund on 20 th April and saying that they have transferred the money on 25 April…but still i havent got the money…
They have prvided me this Ref. No. BURP3725457630
I searched this ref. no in bank but the bank is saying that the ref. no is wrong..
Today 2 months and few days are over whenever i call ebay they said that we are esclating your concern you will get your money n 2 to 3 days… They are doing like this only from two months…
I have also provided them bank statement…

we would request you to send us your bank statement from the date of transaction till date on [email protected] within 48 hours. Failing to which we will close the case from our end.

As we checked with our bank they confirmed that refund was successfully processed by them and also provided the ARN no.:-30000151255090159963298.
We would like to inform you that ARN no is generated post debit to merchant and passing credit to card holder. Every issuing bank has their own process of reconciliation hence it may not have credited. So we request you to check with your issuing bank only.Thank you.
