Not giving the benefits to be given after recharging with an offer

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Visakhapatnam&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: BSNL Telecom</p>i’ve recharged my bsnl number 8985603772 with recharge amount of 53(should get 100 sms per day as given in tariff). But iam getng only 50sms per day. I am calling the customer care dialy from last TEN days and they are telling that they will resolve the problem but the issue was not rectified. I ve lodged many complints in bsnl care but in vain. Is this the way that the govt telecom network offer service to people??? why are they announcing offers without proper maintanance??
