Name of company/service: swami automobiles, chandigarh – dealer of Mahindra & Mahindra
I purchased a bolero car on 28.04.2012 from swami automobiles,chandigarh who is a authorised dealer of Mahindra & Mahindra.At time of purchasing the car they have no service book so they promise me to send it to me after 2-3 days.till today(22.06.2012)i hav not received any service book from them. the service of my car is pending from many days and because of it the warranty of my car is near to get over.if i get my car serviced without giving service coupon to them then i will loose my car warranty.
my car has done about 6300 kilometers and it is very urgent to get a proper service of the engine.
more over the swami automobiles have promised me so many times that they are sending me service book of car by courier but till d date i have not got any service book from them.from last month they are not serving me properly. they are not attending my phone calls.i am facing difficulties regarding my car.
so plz help me regarding this problem
