Sir On 20/6/13 a sms received in my mobile bearing No.9658341365 that “Internet pe Talk time offer!! Recharge karein Rs.22 PI Pack Aur paain FREE 100 MB Internet, Uske baad Internet kewal Re1/MB for month+Rs6 TT In Main a/c 48 Hr. Recharge now dial *122*22#”. Then I recharged by dialing above format. I have also got 100MB but till date Rs.6 in my main a/c not get back. When I contacted Customer care they said wait Rs.6 will be added in your main a/c. Today again I contacted to customer care official and talk to Mr Satyanand Rout and I told him about this matter but he totally not accepted my problem and said that this type of offer sms not send to any customers only 100MB provided not any talk time provided to any customer. But I deeply try to convinced him that the talk time offer received by me but he denied my facts and disconnect my call. when I tell him plz forward my call to senior he told that you talk to a senior. If we get this type of behave from a senior of responsibility company How can we expect solution from the company. Plz help me about this matter as well as lackness of company. Regards.
