With due respect i jatin saxena want to state that i had purchased a karbonn mobile in bareilly and with 10 days cell phone starts creating problem..i take the phone to the service center the next day but upto now i did’nt receive my phone..they are delaying..2 months have passed out but i did’nt get any response..i request consumer forum to help me out..

Date of purchase:16.6.13
Date of giving the phone to service center:29.6.13..
