NOT GIVING FREE SERVICE IN WARRANTY PERIOD

Dear Rohit Sir,

With reference to the above, this is to inform you that I bought the bike on 30.08.2010 details as follows.

The Bike’s Engine was break down on 29.02.2012 and free service is by given you, but the extra cost of Rs.2165.00 is born by me.

Now the bike again break down with the same problem and I called up your call centre booked the complaint ( Complaint no mentioned below ), in spite of my several calls no response is form your side. My bike is lying in your service centre Shreeji Auto Mira Road for the last 15days they are saying that free service not given even though my bike in warranty period because of mileage exceeded ( Actual mileage 21000KM ) otherwise speak to you.
