I booked 3 each,air tickets from Bangalore -Pune, Indore -Porbandar & Porbandar to Bangalore, on 8 th of June with yatra no. 08061225491. in that twice tickets were booked in the name of Nandini gd, ( MY father’s name was missed out in the list) when i contacted them, they said, i have to cancell one of the ticket in the name of nandini gd( Twiced booked) & reebook it in my father’s name. i did that, they have deducted the cancellation charge everything. Now the other ticket in the name of nandini gd is reflecting as not confirmed from Indore -Porbandar & Porbandar -Bangalore. Jet airways people have confirmed that the ticket is not confirmed in the name of nandini GD, inspite of writing to yatra.com, complaining them & calling them, they r not taking necessary action. simply they are doing eye wash. As my parents are old, i have to travel with them. If they doesnt confirm this ticket how my parents can travel? i request u to take necessary action. & make them confirm the ticket or else let them refund the whole amount i have spent on it & the charges what i have spent by contacting them
