Sir,
On dated 17/3/12 near about 10:00 PM, I dial a No.53560 on IVS system of idea cellular by my mobile 8741087788. There was option No.1 to get information about GPRS packs. I dialed No.1 on phone for get this information. There was a option, by dialing No.5, to get 500mb data, 15 days validity in Rs.45/-. For subscribe I have to dial No.5 on mobile. I did so. But it was shockful that idea company deducted Rs.24 instead of Rs.45. They gave me near about 250mb data, instead of 500mb. Validity was 3 days instead of 15 days. So, this way, they cheated me.
When I complaint to Customer care, they said company deducted Rs.24/- and benefit was 250mb with 3 days validity.while till now there IVS system if telling about 500 mb data by dialing 53560-1-3. Please help me.
