i bought a mobile phone from naaptol on 23 Feb. 2013. After 10 days i received a mobile that is not the same mobile which was i order. then i send that back. then after approx 25 days i received same mobile but used mobile phone. they don’t send me new. then i send that mobile phone again on 23 Apr. 2013. and now till on date i don’t received my genuine product. every time i call them. now when i call them they said plz wait for some days we send you mobile. but they do nothing. please tell me what i do?
